I had a clogged kitchen sink, and right before Christmas (that I will be hosting dinner for) Brett and his helper came out quick and assessed the problem, were thorough,,and gave me options and solutions before just jumping in and charging a huge bill!!! Also when they were testing everything, they said we could call back within 3 months if anything went wrong and they would come back out! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!This was my first time calling a plumber and I would definitely recommend:) Thanks Guys! Merry Christmas 🎄

Ken and Seth were great. I live in Victor and the house has a heating system that is unusual, complicated and built by the previous owner which gives the impression he built it while watching a YouTube series. The heating system was giving me issues and I had no idea how to troubleshoot it, so I called Top Notch for help and they came only an hour after my call and immediately started working. Ken and Seth were an awesome help and they identified the problem and fixed it right away, without breaking my bank. Ken and Seth also suggested ideas on how to improve the system, and even helped me understand how my system works. 5/5 work, professionalism, and I call them again. My dogs also loved them!

Efrain at Top Notch was great. Very, polite, punctual and a great guy.Top Notch has replaced my water heaters in three of my condos and installed a water filtration system in my home.
