  Originally I thought our “problem” had been fixed only to discover that the work that was done hadn’t fixed anything. I reacted by writing a hot headed bad review, after getting automated text responses. Chris called me immediately after seeing this. He was anxious to make things right, offering to refund my money and come back to solve our problem. I sincerely appreciated his quick response, especially when he knew I was unhappy. In a town where it’s hard to have any contractor return your phone call, they answered the phone and came out the next business day. Cody provided us excellent service on our water heater installation. The warranty is really nice also. We highly recommend Top Notch heating and plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
